Jonboy84 0
I was just wandering if anybody could recommend a decent pair of wireless mic's for karaoke gigging? Obviously I'm wanting the sound to be as good as possible, but as I'm new to the scene I'm not looking to spend an absolute fortune either. A good "middle of the road" alternative would be good : ) thanks!
Maggi Melody 0
Hi Jonboy84 I use Kam 1940 mics, they have always proved to be reliable and sound good, not too expensive, check these out :hphone:
Jonboy84 0
Thanks Maggie, have you used these yourself in karaoke sets? Do they give off much noise and can you operate on these frequencies without a license?
Maggi Melody 0
Sorry for the late reply .... Yes I do use them, I used them when I was abroad and sold my equipment to return to UK. I have recently bought new equipment and bought the KAM1940's as my wireless mic's and a Shure wired mic as a back-up. I played a karaoke gig on Saturday night and the sound was brilliant. I am a resident DJ/KJ so the landlord holds any licences required.
