Hi All

Can anyone tell me if you make follow up emails or calls when a enquiry comes through for a disco?
I have had a couple of enquires via email/online form for a disco and have replied to the customer to say that you I would be free and there quote would be £*** .
After a few days I hear no more and am worried that the customer accepts my reply as a confirmation??? What do you do with regards to this?

When i requested a quote for a big container (the ones you et on ships), i wanted to use it aswell as the garage, they gave me the quote (£1000 fully delivered including VAT) then about a week later they did a nice polite follow up e-mail that said something like just checkign to see if you would be interestid in the quote we had given you and if so then please don't hesitate to call or e-mail us. I thought it was very professional way of checking that the customer had received the e-mail and finding out if they were intrested in their services.

So, i would send a polite e-mail just asking if they would like to accept your quote. Or in future when you send a quote, put in the the e-mail "if you would like to accept this quote and book the disco then please e-mail or phone me to confirm" biggrin.gif

Thats what i would do anyway....

I send a letter and colour brochure with various options/recommendations then follow up either by e-mail or telephone.

Produces good conversion rate.
