exactly my point, I've never heard of them

"A" with Nothing was a hit (I think) about two years ago. It's a guitar based rock track, although it sounds like heavy metal it has synth over the verses and the singing is relatively melodic complete with backing singing, so I can't think of a comparison - maybe Audioslave or Extreme.

Anyway, I've never played it but it's a decent enough track for a rock night - easily sing-a-longable to, etc.

Off the top of my head Lord Tariq & Peter Gunz - Deja Vu (Uptown Baby) got to number 21 in may 98
