It happens, doesnt it.

A perfectly ordinary person approaches you (normally when you're half way through performing that "perfect" mix), and asks for some track that you'd rather say that you didn't have, rather than actually play.

In preparation for something bigger, I'm keen to see as many suggestions or even better, lengthy lists of all those really awful songs that the world of music might have been a slightly better place without... despite what Great Auntie Edna says...

Here are a few to get your brain cells cringing.... yucky.gif (plastic buckets at the ready please...)

(If you could put artist name first, then a hyphen, then the title - that'd be super, man) rolleyes.gif

Nope, but I'm surely due to receive some royalties for a remix idea that he took me up on a little while ago.

I'm now sick to death of the following :

Its Raining Men, I Will survice and Car Wash!

As i play them at most events and get fed up with repitition.

Worst songs of all time gotta be The Teletubbies that made it to number 1!
Power Rangers, and other rubbish!

One new Years eve I was asked to Play Bob the Builder - Can we fix it. But it was an event where no children were allowed!!

Crazy Frog - Axel F

Just on a point of order Mr Chairman - I thought Axel F was the artist?? The reason I question this is because on the Now 61 CD they also have 'Crazy Frog' as the artist and 'Axel F' as the title. 533.gif

Purely academic I know because the song's pooh.gif but it would move higher up the pooh.gif list

Great list - rushing out to buy the ones I don't have, as we speak ;)

When it comes to DJing I leave my musical preferences at home.

Jennifer Rush - The Power of Love

RobbieD
One of my all time favorites (not):

Russ Abbott - Atmosphere pooh.gif

I particularly like the line "oh you've got your favorite record, and Frankies got his band - Hooowwweeerrr" (in a FGH style) - classic!

In fact now I'm going to have nightmares about people dancing badly to it with big smiles on their faces..... AAAAHHHHHHhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!
