| Following our recent conversation, I am writing to you with more details of the upcoming documentary which we are currently researching. The documentary is going to be a one-hour special based around accounts from weddings in the past where something unusual or extraordinary may have taken place. Either the wedding party itself was especially remarkable or a particular event happened which was memorable, either for the right or wrong reasons. Obviously we are not looking to tarnish your reputation, so appropriate stories would more likely to be on the side of the bride and groom as opposed to any mishaps in terms of professional management. I would really appreciate it if there are any clients which you think of as potentially having stories which may fit our programme, if you could potentially pass the attached letter on to them so that they may be able to get in contact with us of their own accord knowing that there is no obligation to take part. We would like to know more about their story and obviously, they may wish to know more about our documentary. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact me on the number below or via this email address. I will however be changing projects at the end of this week, so as of next Monday your point of contact should be my colleague Juliet on 020 7633 2838 and she will be able to answer any questions either you or your clients may have. Thank you in advance for all your help, we really value all assistance in forming the building blocks of our programme. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
