I have today received an envelope from a company called Kensington Specialities based in Loughborough. In it was a very nice pen complete with my disco name emblazened across it! This is the first time I've had anything like this so it was a very proud moment for me....

i had one of there call centre guys and without wishing to sound racist his english was fairly poor and he would not take know for an answer, i put the phone down twice and he still rang back.
