I've got a 21st in a couple of weeks. Tha last one I did was at least six months ago and the latest music I've got is now 60.
As I tend do do more mature functions I've not had the need for up to date stuff, but I think I might need some now.
Much as I'm not keen on the idea of downloading (legally of course, probably from Itunes), as I like to have the original CD's, I'm going to have to bite the bullet and do it.
So what would you guys who are more up to date than me reccomend as essential singles to get?

Oh how I hope the frog isn't in there

I normally buy Now xx and a few newer singles for the rare 18th or 21st I do. The easiest way around it is to do what I do, call Centrestage and let him do it:rolleyes:

What Marc said plus recent songs by Usher, Eminem, The Frog (sorry), Lemar, Akon - this age group is big on R&B at the moment.

For Usher, the big track is "Yeah" from his last album "Confessions". Also, "Caught Up" from the same album is quite big too. Also, the "My Boo" track with Alicia Keys should be popular. Older Usher albums have also got big tunes on (like some of the tracks from 8701 - U Remind me - U Turn). But if you're going for one track, I'd say go for "Yeah"!

Good song, but make sure you play the clean version... mind you it all depends on the audience you are playing to.

Justin Timberlake and Snoop Dogg - Signs.
Elton John and TuPac - Ghetto Gospel.
Both gone down REALLY well with twenty somethings recently.
