i have 1 rec output and 1 master out put on my gemini mixer how can i plug or can i plug 2 different amps to the mixer

With an active crossover!!!

Do your amplifiers have input and link sockets on them?. This means that they have more than one input socket on each channel. Some amps have a Male XLR and a Female XLR socket on the back and this can be used for daisy chaining the input signal to other amplifiers.

The rec out on your mixer will be at a set level, the main out on your mixer will be at the level your volume is at....therefore you can use one amplifier for the main output and the other amplifier can connect to the rec out......But this is not ideal because your rec out will stay the same volume no matter what you volume knob is set at.....this will then be governed by your amp volume knob instead!
If your wanting a seperate room with music in it (ie toilet or bar area or walkway into venue) you could use rec out on mixer through your amp and set at right volume. But if you are planning to use two amps with two sets of speakers in the same room to give more power, this is not for you! Buy mixer with two main outputs best way and cheapest prob... .Sorry to go on but because the main out line on your mixer is at a low line level you would probably get away with making a two into one patch lead or adaptor depending on the type of connection it is (ie)on my mixer its got phono outputs, so you can have a lead with 2 phono plugs on one end and the other end would have 4 phono plugs 2right 2 left therefore giving you 2 lines out?
Wont damage mixer as the amp does all the work after line level from mixer

I would recommend using a Behringer Ultra-Drive, see here:

You would plug your mixer into the Ultra-Drive and then plug channel 1 & 2 our from the ultra drive intp amp 1 and 3 & 4 into amp 2. (and 5 & 6 into amp 3 if required)

The ultra drive is not really a crossover, it's more a zoner. You can select what frequencies come out of each channel independently.

For example if you wanted one amp for the toilets and lobby and another for the main dance floor, then you would set all channels to run in full range.

If you would like to use amp 1 for a pair of normal full-range speakers and amp 2 for a pair of bass bins to compliment them then you can set the first two outputs to give out mid-high and a little bass and channels 3&4 to give our ONLY bass, creating an active system.

Its worthwhile experimenting briefly with the REC OUT sockets.

Whilst the Master Output on you mixer may, or may not affect the levels passing through the Rec Out Sockets, most mixers which I've tried, usually do.

The channel faders (up faders) will definately adjust the levels passing through the Rec Out sockets.

sod it just get a lead or make a lead which splits the main into two... for your two amps then all will be the same!
Its only line level and wont be a problem to the mixer, after all thats what all powered systems/speakers are linked like anyway (straight through) its the same

Was going to mention about the REC out on the mixer. Mostly, mixers REC out carry an exact copy of the master output. (ie/ my Soundcraft ES mixer)
