hi all,
After all the speaker systems out there, what subs do you guys think are the best for the money, why, what make etc?
Subs to me have to compliment the mid/high. Not to big, as need to get them up and down rooms, steps, into van etc.
have to take a good amount of power, and reasonable money?
so come on guys !...give me ya best !

Firstly you shouldn't be using an amp in bridged mode. Unless you are using it to drive bass cabs, or a single amp to drive each speaker.
Using an Amp in bridge mode, means that you lose the stereo seperation and hence the quality of your music. basically you are playing in mono!.
Unless you are using two identical stereo amps in bridge mode to drive your sytem in order to double the power output then it is a pointless excercise, unless it is purely to drive a Mono Bass cab (Where stereo sound is not required).
The price of Amplifiers is falling, I offer a CTECK 1200w + 1200w Power amp for £339, thats 2.4kw of RMS continuous output power @ 4 ohms.
