Hi folks

Here's a good one for ya all.

A good mate of mine is just starting a new live act as a Jerry Lee Lewis tribute. he also knows several artists who do other tributes like Roy Orbison, Buddy Holly etc.

They're looking for background rock'n'roll music with radio voice overs and jingles from the rock'n'roll era.

I can put it all together, but can't find the jingles or voice overs.

So, is there a company that does this kind of thing?

Thanks

Darren

have you tried the american graffitti soundtrack. You get the wolf man and everything. failing that, try Dave Langer at www.jingle.org. he's a top bloke Dave and very helpful

http://www.kenr.com

he does loads of jingles and stuff from the 50's and 60s! mostly from Pams and other famous jingle companies!

also the Crusin Lps have actual recordings of 50's and 60's US djs commercials etc:)

also http:// www.reelradio.com has loads of airchecks from the states from the 50's and 60's!

Including Alan Freed! the legendary Moondog!

I'm short on a couple of Crusin' albums, if anyone is getting rid of any - just can't remeber which ones - Old age - Doh!
