so i phone ther surport line this is saturday .but i have to ring ther international line .i ring but u geust it no reply just answer phones saying leave our name number ther will ring u back .so lets just say i wait but no reply so i ring again again again again doing the same thing leaving messeges asking to ring me back and again again again i ring `.finaly monday 5 30pm i get through for this slimy little t**t who has a chip on his sholder .just to tell me to stop talking i know your problem .i say but i havent realy told u yet he says just do what i tell u in a email .i said are u sure .he just puts the phone down. i say what a t**t . ok i get email witch explains what to do witch basicly meens copying this and that and droping it in here and ther .but it works great . so all i can say is this if u get this software and need any help please email me ,ok now for the review ide like to say it good but it isnt its still very buggy .and wile u are playing music u can distort the sound just by opening a folder on your hard drive . and still crashes for numerous reasons .but saying that after all that i said bad about it ,it does do what it says on the tin. if your looking for a karaoke player on the pc that has a dedicated player with cue and a a few special effects .with a waiting list .key control and kamakazi randamize feature .with a hell of a listing and search controll .it is set out as a pro use .and looks ok to .its basic but it does every thing a budding karaoke kj would want on his lappy , please email me for info or helpas the official help sucks huracain@hotmail.com
