Chatting to a friend yesterday who also does a lot of mobile work, mostly weddings, and like me has had a lot of requests for 80s Rock when initially discussing music with clients...
Anyone else finding this.....and what are some of the 'regular' tracks, except the Bonjovi's, Bryan Adams, etc that are working for you at wedding receptions???

I think a few bands have released "Greatest Hits" albums so the music is thrust back into their minds.
I regularly play Status Quo and Meat Loaf to packed dance floors; I am finding that Whitesnake, Rainbow, Def Leppard and Van Halen are all being requested more and the good old Queen, G'n'R, Bryan Adams, Bon Jovi and Aerosmith never went away!

Yes, Quo and Meatloaf are compulsory at our gigs, too.
As for Queen, oddly enough, at the moment the most popular is I Want To Break Free, not the usual tracks.
