Ive heard about this also....is it different if you have a radio on or cd playing??? Im sure you have to pay a higher fee for playing cds???

Does this also apply to taxi drivers who play cds in the cab whilst custermers are in, I had to listen to the worse music ever for 30min today when in a cab, he said it was Bonnie Rate.
Maybe she is good and it was early.
