its doing my head in Reading the T&C lol

it depends on where u live. i think in most countries, u are no tallowed to, cause it infringes in copyright rules. but like i said, i'm not sure.

i kno in canada ur allowed to download songs.

I'm sure that when I looked at their site there was a notice somewhere that said you could only use the downloaded track for personal use. I have looked a few times since and can't find the notice now.

Perhaps you could contact them and ask them directly.
