Certainly something that I can look into. but how are you going to approve everybody in order to access these details?. I would assume that everybody is professional at what they do but we don't want to be passing work on to just anybody.

Password protected server isn't a problem to make it members only (i.e those who fit a professional criteria or can provide refs) how I would go about it I don't know, but I can make enquiries certainly provided it gets interest from the members?.

It's worth a thought.
Plus if a client does ring at 4.00pm on a Saturday, I think they would be glad of a midget with a wind up gramophone.

Which brings me to my suggestion about the map idea (other thread)...

Perhaps, DJ's could at registration say if they accept agency bookings or are PLI / PAT covered....

I know it's extra work for the admin, but we would be working towards knowing each other a little better when the crunch came!

Perhaps we could pin I'm free this weekend as a header and then clear it once a week for the following weekend, that way if you forget to visit and say you're free you can't complain if no work comes in but at least emergencies in the various areas could be covered by looking out for each other.

Someone phones up and you're booked but they've been let down hopefully somebody professional is only a mouseclick away?
