I'm surprised nobody's mentioned about the recent EU directive that appears to be in force - apparently - that allows homeowners 'doors to be broken down' and PC 'equipment to be confiscated' with pending fines.......for downloading music from peer to peer sites?!

The reason why I bring this to the attention of the members is because a news item on Johnny Walkers drivetime show yesterday evening (Radio 2) had a 'story' about the subject.
In short, even Mr Walker was surprised at the EU Directive that had been 'passed', and reminded the listeners about the US case against a young girl who was fined for downloading 'Happy Birthday'.
