summink to do with your mac address, i had this problem , you have to reset evryhting, register your mac address with your isp then it should be good!

Having just setup a wireless system for a mate, does your router have it's own DHCP server?

If it does, it may be conflicting with your ISPs own DHCP server.

I don't know the exact details of what the DHCP server does, but I think it has something to do with assigning your IP address.

The Linksys wireless 54G router and PCI card I installed suggested disabling the internal DHCP server if you have problems or if your cable modem has this option inside.

My mate has a Terranon (or something like that) and I don't think it has an internal DHCP server. But, my 3Com Surfboard modem does have it's own DHCP server.

This suggestion is just a shot in the dark, but the manual for the Linksys suggested turning off the DHCP server in the router.

I hope this helps,
