Vianetta is very hard to get into - you do have to wait. Well known djs who have attended are DJs solero/magnum/articroll and mintychocciechip! biggrin.gif

Nammu ,without meaning to be rude,we havent heard from you in ages and i was just wondering if this was because of a religious festival in your country or have you just been busy? I think there are loads of good djs in Vienna and it should be easy to get in touch once you get there. tongue.gif

D.J Colleges - as you name them, are very difficult to come by in any country. I can't seem to find any listed anywhere for Vienna on Google. This is maybe because learning to D.J - in its mobile sense, is usually passed on by watching another D.J at work. A form of apprenticeship - if you like smile.gif.

My advice to you, is to get to know an already estabished D.J, and offer your services as a Roadie, even if it means you help out for nothing, you are learning a skill. You can learn a lot just from watching a D.J at work! smile.gif .

Unlike other occupations, there are no qualifications needed to be a D.J - just call yourself one, that is why very few colleges, all over the world, have any form of D.J'ing activity on their prospectus.

Thanks a lt Chris. That hlped but on the same terms could you tell us about the DJ collges present in the world? I think there is a very good one somewhere in UK. By DJ colleges I mean places that teach you to DJ. You could even pin up the topic as it would be a great hlp to people like me. Many thanks...

Djing is a very individual thing and as we have said before the best way to learn is to actualy do it.I dont think there are dj colleges and i certainly hope that they dont exist or there would be many djs all sounding the same! So trust your talent and go for it.
