I can tell you that the arrangement the guy is playing in the video is probably his own .... dunno for sure though

Thanks for that. Its been a few years since I've had to read sheet music and I'm struggling to remember which key has 4 sharps, I think it's E. Anyway, the piece in question was featured on last weeks 101 ways to leave a gameshow and I've heard it on another programme, probably BGT or Four Weddings, so its obviously been recorded but just don't know by who???
