Just been to my local dj store to pick up a pair of cheap headphones, good job i left the credit card at home.

Mike was kind enough to show me the QTX Plasma Laser (yes very kind of Mike, i didnt tell him id left my cc at home until afterwards)

What a light. Its a fairly bright blue water led effect with a crazy lazer pattern going on too. The patters change and although very simular are quite stunning. The lazer projects a pattern thats a mix between an old spirograph drawing and the fake spider web stuff you see at halloween.

the youtube video here does not do the light much justice, it was better than that. The ideal use would be filling ceilings from the floor and on a tbar/truss with about 3' headroom it would project over a very wide area

Damn you - I'm going to have to get me one of those! Been looking for an updated psychedelic type effect and this looks perfect.

True, which is a shame but for £199 you cant have everthing. I bet programming that would be a chore
