Great concept if you want to look like you're about to go down a pothole!!
Last year there were some very expensive Devil Caps with led's in them.
There is an infra red version which is particulalry popular with the best of british yobs as CCTV is unable to pick up the face of someone wearing these....
I'm please to say that the normal versions have come down in price now..
