Here is the much needed "Whatever happend to" thread. Not one hit wonders as such but those artists and bands who had one or two cheesy hits that made the top 10 and then vanished as quickly as they arrived.
Here are some of the more recent-ish ones....
KrissKross
New Kids on the Block
Sonia
Rick Astley
Tiffany
Any more???.........

Kev, the Jazz Cafe is a great venue and because of the small size there is a wonderful intimate atmosphere that is often created enabling the performers to be far more personable with the audience than at many other venue's.
In the last year I've seen Incognito, Billy Paul, Jean Carne, Dexter Wansel, Roy Ayers & Terry Callier at the Jazz Cafe and every one of those gigs was very good to excellent (Incognito were mindblowing).
