can you help me with which kids tunes are currently popular with, say, under 12s. Once i get past cha cha slide/macarena/barbie girl, i get a bit stumped, so which tunes from HSM, Hairspray, Miley Cyrus and any others, can you guys recommend. Thanks in advance. Deano

Ditto on the holiday camp stuff. I get a lot of kids come up and ask for Big fish Little Fish, The mimic man, Chocolatte etc etc.

It good fun joining in the dances as well (sometimes....!)

I find that using alot of the 'pop' classics such as : Girls Aloud, Sugarbabes, Spice Girls, Aqua, Steps, Five, N Sync. And even tracks like Akon, N dubz, Black Eyed Peas, JLS etc..

Alot of children these days are brought up in environments where the parents listen to alot of the modern day chart toppers, so the children seem to adopt a liking to music you would never expect those 'innocent little kiddies' to request!

Provided you use the cut versions, you will be ok!

Did a kids disco last week and got asked for tracks from the High School Musical soundtracks a lot (1,2 and 3). 'We're all in this together' being most requested. Also had to cram up on 'Hannah Montana' when I got home! Never heard of 'Ice Cream Freeze' before.
