MADONNA’S favourite DJ Paul Oakenfold reckons pop music is dead, especially since the loss of Michael Jackson.
He has even christened his upcoming album Pop Killer as a result.
The 45-year-old, currently warming her Madgesty up on the Sticky & Sweet world tour, said: “The current pop scene is dead. There’s nothing really interesting coming along.
“The title of the new album reflects that. I listen to a lot of radio and as far as I’m concerned it’s much the same as it has been for a long while now.”
