Lady Gaga is hyping up her forthcoming North American tour with Kanye West - she's not only promising fans that the event will be of the biggest spectacles of her career - but also in music history.

"I can't give any details," Gaga told UK tabloid The Sun, "but it will be one of the most important moments in music ever."

"I truthfully adore Kanye. I always poke fun at him and joke around. We have a lovely creative relationship."

"He's so sweet. I can't say enough good things. He's undeniably brilliant." The Paparazzi singer added.

Dates for the co-headline jaunt are yet to be announced.

Lady GaGa has suggested that she is "married" to Kanye West.

The 'Paparazzi' singer made the claim before taking the stage at a concert in Manchester benefiting fans who had performed four hours of community work to obtain tickets, Radar Online reports.

She said: "I'm married to Kanye. I love and admire him so much - as I say, we're married."

It was recently reported that the 23-year-old popstar said that she will never get married - because music and art are her primary focus in life.
