Sorry if I have put this in the wrong place - please redirect me !

Can anyone explain how I go about converting a downloaded mp3 into a format I can play on a CD player. I use a CDN 88 which wont read an mp3 track.


Any advice or software sugestions would be most welcome.

I use Nero to do this..just burn an audio cd instead of jukebox mp3..but you have to pay for nero..Dont know if there are any free programs

Windows media player should allow you to burn an audio disc.

Get winamp its free easy to use,the free version burns at 8x I use it all the time to make cd's for the car.

I usually use Nero to burn cda, however winamp is a great media player and utility and will burn you a cd. It will also rip cd's to mp3 and one of the things I really like is the auto-tag feature - great if you like all your tracks to have the correct id3 tags.

Winamp is fantastic does what it says on the tin,its the easyest media player to use.
If only winamp made propper dj software,incorprate the ease of use etc .
Ive got the best part of 30,000 in my computer,I use pcdj when gigging,but always have winamp running in the back ground,it searches a hell of a lot faster!
Be for you all ask yes I baught pcdj its great but winamp is faster! and I use a pc not lap top.
Why do I use a pc?
Its faster,stable,I just hide it,use a tft, wireless keyboard,mouse and even play vidio,s in the background(depends where i am) But it never stalles stutters anything just works.
Ok I admit its pentium 5 duel core,2 gig ram,ati graffics,external sound (tapco) oops to many names mentioned!
The point being it works and winamp when your in a rush,just type it finds stuff a lot faster even if you cant spell! and I cant lol.
