what sort of harddrive size should i think about getting with a labtop?

20gb
40gb
60gb
80gb......

with the hard drive i would say get the biggest you can afford. you can always upgrade later... thumbup.gif

Or................. Get the biggest to suit your budget followed shortly by an external large hard drive! Then if you do change laptop etc it does'nt matter also you can carry it and use it on both your desktop and laptop to update tracks etc

Always carry a spare back up drive so if your pc goes T**s up, you can refire the pc from the spare hard drive.

Also only use your laptop/Pc for the music programme only (no games/internet etc) as loads of progs cause crash!!

I have also just invested in a new soundcard which (compaired to soundblaster 5.1) is the biz!!
