If by "first track on the mix" you mean the beats at the very start, I think it's either Break 4 Love by Raze, or If Only I Could by Sidney Youngblood. The beats were very similar, possibly one sampled the other. Both tracks from 1989 - a SUPERB year for dance music!!

Both are fantastic tracks. indeed 1989 was a top year for dance music.

The first track's 'yeah yeah' by Sabrina, all you need do is view it at full screen, and you can read all the tracks used on the video screenshot

Its a track off her "Over The Pop" album (Casablanca Records 846 413-2). You can a buy the 12" remix version from HERE if thats any good to you.
