Jerry Lee Lewis, Little Richard, Carl Perkins, Larry Williams, Joe Turner.
Any uptempo tracks by this lot should be OK.

Or you could always play Shakin' Stevens, Showaddywaddy, Cliff Richard, etc

Probably the evergreens would include the following:
Bill Haley & The Comets - Rock Around The Clock
Danny & The Juniors - At The Hop
Chuck Berry - Johnny B Goode
Larry Williams - Bony Moronie
Little Richard - Rip It Up

I would use tracks like
Dion - Runaround Sue
Elvis - Jailhouse Rock
Jackie Wilson - Reet Petite
Little Richard - Good Golly Miss Molly
Buddy Holly - That'll Be The Day
and even some less common tracks (if they are really going for it) such as
LaVerne Baker - Jim Dandy
Frankie Ford - Sea Cruise
I Dig You Baby - Marvin Rainwater
Fats Domino - Be My Guest
I could go on & on

Just to add, the length of the rock n roll tracks may not run (running time) as long as a modern record, so don't be afraid in the helpings - be generous....however, like any genre, the attention span may only last so long on the dance floor. With this in mind, three to four classic rock n rolls tunes will probably do the trick initially, but it's a good idea to have a few more R&R in the bag should you be requested for more!
This thread is worth noting too.
