Hi All,

I recently purchased a Numark DXm01-USB mixer after three times the audio/USB inputs stoped working, the mic input still works.

Any ideas or advice.

Have you contacted Numark yet?

If you are using a pc have you checked the control panel / sound audio devices / audio tab / sound control to see if the usb device is active?

Are you also using the same USB port that the drivers are installed for?

Checked all of the above but no joy, Plugged decks in but no output. Must be something internal, anyhow contacted Thomann and they are collecting today by UPS
