have got a playlistof requested songs for a wedding, on the list is a song for the brides mother & father that was their wedding song (cant stop loving you - stevie wonder ) ??? cant find a stevie wonder song by that title have went with ray charles cant stop loving you cant think of anything else it might be but thought i would throw it up here and see if anyone else has any ideas ?

you cant know every song so this forum is perfect to get many brains with a wide mix of knowledge of music helping you out

on another note the wedding was a disaster !!!

start great first dance's went smooth , everything going along nicely
break for buffet about 10pm

after the buffet mass brawl kicks off with a few of the younger guests teens/ early twentys police turn up to remove them

so back to trying to get things going again while feeling terrible for the bride and groom when about 11:30 more fighting

that managed to be calmed down again got people up dancing again for an hour before another fight breaks out and the bride gave up and told me just to cut the music

what a night !!! i have never seen guests disrespect someones wedding like that before and hopefully will never again !!!

Anyone else ever had a wedding like that ???

i work a lot more in pubs and clubs so have seen many fights in many places but never in someones wedding ( until now )

Tuesday just seemed a strange day for it lol

I did a nice hotel in Malvern about a year ago and it kicked off at the back of the room, they got the bloke who caused it out but it leaves you on edge the rest of the night

its great is'nt it lol depressed bride and groom really helps the night along

it was in the clandyboye lodge in bangor co down ! just around the corner from my house
i think midweek weddings will become more popular as times are hard and venues offer discount for midweek bookings ! only time will tell ?

but its good to know that im not the only one who has had a riot at a wedding lol
in a bar/club fight you can have a laugh and play a bit of i predict a riot but at a wedding ??? well there just is'nt a funny side
