Guys,

On a technical level what would give you better cover and brightness ??

2 x Par 56 or 1 x Par 64 (10mm) ??

you will need more than one or two par cans to cover your floor effectivelly. Have a look at thomann they now have 1 watt par cans available for £116. They are a lot brighter than the 10mm ones

Yeah I appreciate that. It was more of a hypethetical in terms of going for 2 - 3 64's or 4 - 6 56's !
