hi all i have just bought one of these The Acme ImpossibLED well it says that it can be used stand alone to do pre programed light shows well i just cant make head or tail of it can anyone help ?

When you turn the Impossibled on it should start in stand alone mode. The patterns should change to the beat of the music. You can simulate that by tapping the side of the case. Each pattern stays the same for a few beats before changing.

no mate it dont it just keeps doing the same patten over and over when i got the light i pressed a load of buttons to get it to come on i think i need to set it back to factory settings but how ?

Try this:

Press the MENU button until LED is shown on the display. Press ENTER button and the display will blink. Use DOWN and UP buttons to select the (ON) or (OFF) mode. Once the mode has been selected, press ENTER button to setup.

Your not getting confused and thinking there are gobo`s in it are you?

ok i think it is doing a light show now with the led set to off ? next question is how do you change the light shows ? is it address then up or down it goes from 1 to 512 or is it the show setting which goes from 1-12 ?
