At the end of each year I put together a memory jogger list of some of the best tracks of the year, however I didn't get out much as I'd have liked during 2007, so am not really sure which ones released that year worked best - can you help fill in the gaps?

I got this far:
  • Alex Gaudino - Destination Calabria
  • Amy Winehouse & Mark Ronson - Valerie
  • Avril Lavigne - Girlfriend
  • Axwell ft Max'C - I Found U
  • Beyonce & Shakira - Beautiful Liar
  • Calvin Harris - In The Eighties
  • Christina Aguilera - Candyman
  • Freaks - The Creeps (Get On The Dancefloor)
  • Freemasons - Uninvited
  • Gwen Stefani - Sweet Escape
  • Just Jack - Starz in their eyes
  • Justin Timberlake - Lovestoned
  • Kaiser Chiefs - Ruby
  • Kate Nash - Foundations
  • Killers - Read My Mind
  • Klaxons - Golden Skans
  • Mason - Perfect Exceeder
  • Mika - Grace Kelly
  • Mika - Lollipop
  • Nelly Furtado - All Good Things Come To An End
  • Plain White T's - Hey there Delilah
  • Rihanna - Umbrella
  • Robyn with Kleerup - With Every Heartbeat
  • Samim - Heater
  • Scouting for Girls - She's So Lovely
  • Sean Kingston - Beautiful Girls
  • Sharam - PATT (Party All The Time)
  • Sugababes - About You Now
  • T2 - Heartbroken
  • Take That - Shine
  • Timbaland & Keri Hilson - The Way I Are
  • Timbaland & Nelly Furtado - Give It To Me

Got any others I can add?

Depends on what you class as 'best' - it may not be 'as best' to others! biggrin.gif

Sugababes vs. Girls Aloud 'Walk This Way' went to No 1 and came out 'around this time' last year!

What about The Proclaimers - I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles)? Went to No 1!
McFly - Baby's Coming Back/Transylvania - went to No 1!
Leona Lewis - Bleeding Love - went to No 1!

The White Stripes - Icky Thump". got to No 2 - (the UK's biggest selling 7" single in twenty years according to Wikipedia)

What about Kanye West's Stronger? Or Girls Aloud - "Sexy! No, No, No..."?
Katie Melua feat Eva Cassidy - What a Wonderful World - went to No 1.
Because of downloads added to the chart, don't forget Mariah Carey's 'All I Want For Christmas Is You' was popular again along with The Pogues - Fairytale of New York.

I'm sure there are loads more!

KrazyKaz
Akon - Don't Matter
Bob Sinclar - Sound Of Freedom
Booty Luv - Shine
David Guetta - Love Is Gone
Enrique - Do You Know
Girls Aloud vs Sugababes - Walk This Way
Girls Aloud - Something Kinda Ooh
Girls Aloud - Sexy No No No
Gym Class Heroes - Cupids Chokehold
Kaiser Chiefs - Ruby
Hoosiers - Worried about Ray
Kanye West - Stronger
Kylie Minogue - 2 Hearts

Dukesy
Indeed, Fedde le Grande was still very popular but Richard stated he was looking for tracks released in 2007.

How about Armand Van Heldon? He had a couple of releases in 07 didn't he?
Paul Smith
Kaiser Chiefs - Ruby
Take That - Shine
Robyn & Kleerup - With Every Heartbeat
Sean Kingston - Beautiful Girls

and my nomination for most forgettable track of 2007 .......

Leon Jackson When You Believe

Nope, was released last December according to Everyhit.com. But yeah, seems to have been doing the rounds for ages....
