we always hear how customer service is terrible here and there with different companies well Numark didn't let me down this time
I have a numark cdmix mk2 that was bought in 2004
in 2005 the left hand driver went and the repair cost me £85.00
and then in 2006 the same therefore another £85.00
and then in 2008 the same again but rather than just repairing it
i contacted numark uk to enquire if this was a problem with this model
a guy called Don from the tech support got right back to me
they arranged to get the unit picked up the next day
had the unit checked by an engineer and repaired
and sent back to me within the week
Just want to big up Don for the assistance he gave me and to
Numark for repairing it all for free even although it was four years old
keep in mind guys its always worth contacting the manufacturer
Numark came up trumps for me this time well done guys
i will be buying numark in the future with customer service like that
