Music has been used in American military prisons and on bases to induce sleep deprivation, "prolong capture shock," disorient detainees during interrogations-and also drown out screams. Personally I think all the above are a load of pooh.gif

I spent over 8 years in the Armed Forces and served in many different countries including the 1st Gulf war alongside the american forces patriot.gif , and all that was heard of in such camps was white noises, which is still used today

Surely no-one would let prisoners listen to audio music

Actually, I watched a documentary where prisoners in the Philippines and Guantánamo were 'bombarded with loud rock and rap music'....and Rock stars have urged prisoners to 'escape' through music!!!

I remember a news report about these prisoners...enjoy!
