ok to answer yoru question.. there is now easy way to learn.. it take time and more time...
the best thing to do is hook up with some of the forum members and go to gigs with them to see what they do... watch learn... take ideas and turn these ideas into some new ideas of your own ...
develop your own skills
if you look on the SEDA web site there are some interesting links and topics with regards to mixing and there is also a mixing workshop at the next Meeting so come along and use the skills of the other DJs there to teach you what you need to know..

I think most of the info the website is claiming to help you with you could get for free on here.
If you want a good guidebook then go out and buy "How To DJ Properly" by Frank Broughton and Bill Brewster. Search for it on ebay, amazon or hmv.
