I am looking for some software to enable me to split one long mix of e.g. 60 mins into individual tracks.

Then save it to CD so it plays back seamless but still shows the individual tracks without gaps.

Do you already have the 60 minute mix recorded on the PC eg: an MP3 or WAV file, and now just want to split it into a multi-track CD?

If so, NERO will allow you to add track markers in the wave display...eg: Press "M" (I vaguely recall) while listening to the track on the PC, when you want the Track Counter to advance eg: Change the CD player display to show Track 3, instead of Track 2......nnnnnnnnnnnnOW!. laugh.gif

If however you don't have the mix recorded yet, some mixers will allow you to press a "Track Mark" button on the mixer at key/notable points of your mix, so that when the digitally recorded file is burnt to CD later, the Track Counter will advance accordingly at those user selected points.

Great stuff, thanks for the quick reply.

Hmmmm lets see...Nero 6 and 7 definately have this feature.

I'm not sure which of the earlier Nero's (if any) had Track Marking.
