The recent Queen- Don't stop me now debate got me thinking of other tracks where we miss out the first 30 seconds or so.
Here's a couple more
Marey carey- All I want for Christmas is you
Darube - Sandstorm
Plenty of others?

I actually play both the intros on these tracks sometimes. It depends what im using the track for.
Take last night for example. I used Maria Careys - All I Want For Xmas as the start track. The start is excellent to talk over, which is what i did and introduced everyone to the dancefloor. It allowed people time to get up...when their on the floor...they sing out the words, and then the track drops.
Darude is a great track also. I like to cut Darude over the top.

Contours - Do you love me
Fratellis - Chelsea Dagger
Rufus & Chaka Khan - Ain't nobody
Kool & The Gang - Celebration (I have various cues setup depening on how much I want to say on the mic, or whether I just want to drop it in without any chat)
I always play the beggining of All i want for christmas, and Darude I usually use the mic over the intro.. but i rarley play it to be honest.

I always cut the intro to Wham - Club Tropicana, all those bird and insect sounds tend to leave puzzled expressions on all the faces gazing at the speakers.

As with Don't Stop Me Now, its a tune I tend to play at the peak of the night and don't want to give anyone time to dissapear to the bar!
