Mmmmmmmmm looks so pretty........ if only I could get mine to work.

In fairness it's not the controller or the software it's my laptop. But even laptop techy guys haven't manged to sort it yet.

Real mystery....... don't know where to go next.

Will carry on watching the video clip lol

Quinny..

put the laptop, software and 4500 in your car and come over .. we shall make it work together..

has to be somthing odd in your setup..

Well just a quick update........ My HC4500 is up and running. If I new what the problem was with my laptop and why it wouldn't link to the controller then I would gladly post what the problem was and how to resolve it....... However;......... it's still a mystery.

Used controller a little on Saturday night and it worked great.

Gotta love Windows... wallbash.gif

I'm glad that you've finally beaten some sense into your lappy and that you're now up and running.

Apart from the couple of hours of Eddie from Denon spent on your lappy what other steps did you have to go through? You were talking of taking the laptop to a computer specialist (clinic!?) at one point...did it go that far?

Quinny was using his 4500 live this weekend so its all good
