Well I am sure there are loads of peope who will willingly help you in your quest to become a sucessful DJ, however it would be more help if we knew what sort of DJ'ing you were looking to do, and where you are so far? Do you roadie for somebody do you have any equipment etc etc .

Further....

It was suggested to newcomers from forum members that a good idea is to go along with an existing DJ, or attend gigs to get some feedback as to what you want to do.

There will be DJ's that have the latest equipment and others that don't, which, is fine to then merit the DJ's skills with his or her's system.

If you are going to splash out anyway, a little tip.

This forum is probably one of (if not the) best I have seen.

It is light hearted and has lots of good advice.

I still can't imagine everybody meeting in person and discussing openly, topics, as they have (including me) as they have here!!

So, get as much broad advice as possible!!!

Good luck. biggrin.gif

Oh oh Oh if you want 'broad' advice call Chris he always has something to say about the ladies!! (oops not what you meant)

or 2) See mikeee for broad advice cos as I recall he played with his pixels to make himself look better
