I would like to know how i use the backup file i have had to reinstall windows after a crash (i know shock horror). When i click the file it opens dj booking but there is nothing there.
I have e-mailed them but got no answer so i thought that i would ask you guys

I am guessing a bit here ... but I believe you extract the zip file to the programme folder where the dj booking software is.

Yes please... Am currently experiencing the same problem...I bought the software. Today I formatted my hd. I downloaded the trial version and emailed Brian for my activation code, so far no reply. I backed up the programe before I formatted so hopefully still have the information on my pen drive..
Can anyone help...
