hi fellow djs looking at some mackie c300 are they good or bad and whats the best amp
Partyprint
Thats the passive version's of the srms isnt it? Are you using them as a full range or just tops? I know the mackie stuff is really good, I looked at the srm 450's the only thing that put me off was the fact they're only 12".

Hey there i bought a pair of these from soundcontrol for £300 a pair!

Normally £700 each or thereabouts! WIcked deal wicked speakers.

SOund amazing, dont need a sub any more as they kick out so much bass and im only using them with a home hi fi amplifier!

They sound amazing now god knows what they wud sound like on proper sized amp! Even better i bet!

Deffo worth the money!

Nice looking as well!

Ditto the above. The bass output is fantastic. I work with bands and they often ask where have i put the sub!!
I got mine for £249 from Soundcontrol. get the covers to protect them too!!
I use mine with a Numark Dimension 4. I put 350 RMS clean single in and NEVER let the amp clip

Hey campalena,

what are you using them for? What size room / crowd?

Thanks,

Mike
