Just got this album today and had a skim through it. Some quite nice tracks but I'll need to listen to it properly.

Does anyone else have it?

Don't have the album but did go see her live on Weds night at Camden Jazz Café (thanks to RobbieD for the tip - sorry we didn't get to meet up!)

Was a fairly good live gig - though for me personally her new material, though pleasant enough were somewhat overshadowed by storming renditions of classics such as 'Somebody Else's Guy' and my favourite 'Always There' which really rocked the joint

Oh... and a completely smoke-free venue as well ... what an unexpected pleasure!

I have to listen to the album properly but I fear you may be right - her earlier stuff may well be more memorable.
