I was wondering if any of you give out contracts when a booking has been confirmed, if so could someone advice me what to put in these contracts as I dont know where to start

Hi Frankie,

If you followed the link and saw my contracts they are OK for the time being, but i am planning on re-writing them by the new year (if i get time) to refelt the current and percieved changes in the law.

I always send out my terms and condition with the booking reservation letter to potential clients. By sending the required deposit to confirm the booking they accept the T&C's. This is stated in the reservation letter.
