My stepdaughter will be turning 15 on November 24th and, as is the tradition amongst Spanish girls, she will be having a "coming out" party (similar to a "sweet 16", but I guess latin girls get a head start .... no jokes, please!).

As I do a bit of video editing using Pinnacle Studio 8, I want to prepare a video collage of images from her birth to present. Initially, I thought I'd use "Thank Heaven for Little Girls" as the background track, but I'll need more than 1 song.

Neil Diamond's "Girl, You'll Be A Woman Soon" is out of the question ("...and soon, I'll be your man...")

Any suggestions????

Using a power point presentation of old photo's scanned in, is something that I did for my M8's parents Wedding anniversary last Saturday and is a good and easy compliment to a video! - and ideal to embarrass daughter and siblings!. - especially when the baby photos appear....arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

You could always find out what was the no1 single on the day that she was born and use that!

Or consider several tracks, if the pictures seem to take on any particular themes. EG: "You must have been a beautiful baby..." for the under 5 years old photo's..."Dont stop movin'" for all those "toddler" pictures of her running off, "I cant stand up, for falling down" for those "accident" photo's. etc..etc...
