OK - so this is concerning...

Why do all my titles and artists come up as gibberish when you open the software??

When you select and play one, the title and artist come up with a little square in front of them.

Win-amp and OTSDJ read the tags fine, why doesn't the Denon software??

Easy fix (depending on your ripping software)

Your ripping software is including "unicode" in its tags. - thats where the little hollow square is coming from.

If your ripping software has the option, switch off (or untick) Unicode.
