Scissor sisters must be the most requested tune of 2006, as for the dance vote, don't play any of them.

Despite being pestered for it by various people with bar-breath over the last month, I detest that "Hands up for Detroit" track...ok..so, the beats are laid out in a nice dancy pattern, and the BPM thankfully is over 110... but unless you're in a certain city beginning with D, ending with T and with "etroi" in the middle, what's so wonderful about it?...
I'm also surprised that "rehab" even got a mention - the only action that I associate with that track, is hitting the "Next Track" or "different radio station" button, when it comes on in the car...URGH...
(2 guesses which 2 tracks I didn't vote for in the lists above...)

"Put Your Hands Up", to me, is a superb bit of commercial dance. Highly infectious rhythm with an interesting overall sound - I liked it the moment I heard it, although I do think they could have done more with the idea.
As regards the voting, why is just about all the pop (and the dance for that matter) from the latter half of 2006?
I dislike pretty much all of the pop options, but am going with Fedde for the dance as it is startlingly different to most chart material, although Sinclar comes a close second.
OK, with reluctance I'm going for Scissor Sisters as this is by far the most usable out of those listed.

For 3 weeks prior to starting this Poll there were 2 topics running asking for nominations so if your favourite from 2006 isn't included it's because no-one nominated it

Definitely Scissor Sisters.
Never Died since it was released, most places it was requested twice in one night.
Somebody's watchin me by beatfreakz was quite a big one for the year also.

Last chance to vote ... although the SS seem to have nailed it in the Pop category the dance one is a head-to-head between Infernal & Fedde Le Grand so it could go either way.
