Would you play "Panic! At The Disco - I Write Sins Not Tragedies" if requested at a wedding?
RobbieD
Maybe not if a random request from a guest.

But if requested by the wedding party (bride, groom, best man, etc) I would - with the muting of one word!
Andy Westcott
And...um... which word would that be?? biggrin.gif

Oh, and in answer to the question, yes, if requested by the bide or groom, but I would feel it necessary to say who requested it.

Not really disco material anyhow, in my opinion.
shakermaker
Great track, great band live and one of their best tracks....however, NO WAY would I play that at a wedding. The lyrics are good but can you imagine the looks on their faces if they heard the line..."...and the bridesmaid is a wh*re".

Classic!

Actually, it's worse than that, as the actual words are:

"Yes, but what a shame, what a shame, the poor groom's bride is a whore." boff.gif

That's why I asked the question scared.gif

Must be down to the individual 'type' of wedding, I would've thought.

Personally, and with the right audience, why not?
