Hey guys for some reason i cannot find my kids cds.I havent done a kids party in over a yr and i am doing one next Sunday..So music suggestions..Spice girls,pizza hut song....etc..Also guys what backing tracks and Music beds would u use when doing the party games etc.

I did my first primary school xmas party/disco gig yesterday, they wanted recent chart stuff (within last two years), some Greenday, most requested and played track (The Automatics, Monster), closely followed by the Crazy Frog.

Played, musical statues, musical bumps, corners, the newspaper game, pass the parcel. Just used the tracks I was playing for these (crazy frog, monster etc).

Only did a few party songs, Macerena (prize for best macerena danced), Tragedy, Cha Cha Slide, Oops Upside Your Head and the Timewarp.

Party was a great success, I even enjoyed it.

Can't help with the kids tunes (Cha Cha Slide maybe)

As a musical bed for games I use a tune called 'Night on Disco Mountain' by David Shire - it lasts 5 mins so I put it on auto repeat.

I always use Yakety Sax (Benny Hill music) by Boots Randolph for the music when playing the kids games.

A useful album is Pop Jr.
